Dear Dr. Schlundt:
In reference to your letter of June 13th in
which you state that it will very impractical for you to
assist us at trial during the early part of September.
We find that your suggestion of taking your
deposition at your convenience this summer might work out
very vell. Ne should, therefore, appreciate your advising
us at an early date the time during the summer which would
be nost convenient, giving us some latitude, 30 that a date
can be set up which will be mutually satiafactory to all
parties concerned here.
