Judge Thomas G. Haight,
%Wall, Haight, Carey a Hartpence,
#15 Exchange Place,
Jersey City, N.J.
Dear Judge Haight:
Answering your letter of June 28th. Mr. Markley
tells me that he is having a rather difficult time with Mr.
Gray of the Globe, on getting the question of stipulation
settled, but assures me he will bend every effort to get
prompt action from the Globs. I suppose in due course we
will be all set for the Judge's consideration of the case.
Very truly yours,
CBLee: DK
