Dear Mr. Markley:
Miss Greenspan called me Saturday morning
and stated that & prelisinary transcription of the testimony
taken on Wednesday had been n delivered to your office. I
picked this testimony up about noon and read it over the
week-end making such corrections 88 seemed apparent to me.
In view of the fact that I have gone over
this testimony rather carefully, I do not feel that I can
contribute much by being present at the conference you are
to hold this afternoon. I am therefore returning the
testimony with notations by hand.
