LaPorte VS. U.S. Redium Corp.
Dear Dr. Schlundt:
The LaPorte case has been definitely post-
poned until October 15th or later, and the present indi-
cations are that it probably will come to trial around
November lst. In getting this postponed, the Judge has
requested that the date which he finally sets shall be
adhered to, and we must produce all our witnesses at that
time or else forego their testimony.
As soon as the date has been definitely set,
we shall advise you and trust that you will be available
at that time.
