Dear Dr. Lind:
I have been holding your lettor of September
17th, thinking ws might have something definite to tell you
as to the date of the LaPorte case.
However, as things stand at the moment, there
has been no date set, but we are advised by the Court that
they will give us from two to three weeks notice. As soon
as we have a definite date, we shall commicate this infor-
mation to you.
