Dear Dr. Lind:
Ne still have no definite information as to
when the LaPorte case is going to trial. We regret this de-
lay, but frankly, there is not mach we can do to expedite the
pleasure of the Court in these natters.
In the event that you desire to make plans which
might interfore with the trial, and sould advise us of such plans,
we would be glad to discuss the matter with the Court on the basis
of your availability.
You may rest assured I will advise you by wire as
soon as we have any definite information,
