Tie are herewith enclosing:
(1) Kemorandum for Scientific itnesses.
(2) List of references which the plaintiff's attor-
ney will doubtless cite to you upon cross examination.
The for Scientific Witnesses, dated Aug-
ust 28th, 1934 was written with the idea thet you would be
better able to answer the plaintiff's attorney's questions
upon eross examination if you had an idea as to what the Action
really involved.
A good many of the articles listed under (2), you arel
doubtless already familiar with. All articles which are not
starred we have either reprints or photostatic copies in our
files which you can exemine upon your arrival in New York.
Articles that bear the star, we do not have.
