Dear Dr. Failla:
In accordance with our telephone conversation
of this morning, I am herewith sending you abstracts of a
good many articles which are pertinent in the matter to be
litigated in the above case, some of which the plaintiff(s
attorney will doubtless refer to, and a good many of which our
attorneys will directiyour attention.
As you will note, these abstracts are very brief,
and are for the purpose of refreshing one's memory and to give
an idea as to the subject with which the article deals.
I em also enclosing a list of questions which we
have prepared for the examination of Dr. Schlundt and Dr. Lind.
Thore are a good many questions on this list which will not be
asked, and obviously there are some that will be asked which are
not listed herein, but we trust it will give you a general ides
as to the type of examination which our counsel will make.
