New York City.
Gent lemen:
Mr. Willis, formerly president of the United States
Radium Corpors: tion called today and wanted to know when it
would be necessary to confer with us in preparation for his
testimony and when he would have to appear as a witness. I
informed him that it was quite probable that the radium case
would be continued through the week of December 10th. He
then suggested that he confer with us at this office at
eleven A. M. on Friday, December 7, 1934 and be prepared to
testify on Monday or Tuesday, December 10th or llth.
I advised him I thought this would be agreeable to
you and that the arrangement would be made tentatively and
pending your approval. Please advise if satisfactory.
With kindest regards,
Sincerely yours,
EAM : AG
