Jan. 11, 1935. Ernat A. Pohle, H.D., University of Nisconsin, indison, Wie. Dear Dr. Pohle: Your letter of December 3lst, enclosing the one of December 13th addressed to Newerk, has been received. I presume the reason the one at Newark was not delivered WES due to the fact that my name did not appear on the register as one stopping at the Hotel. Te wish to thank you for the consideration you gave ua en your way back to Chicego, and the "dope" included in your letter of December 13th. Rowever, the question of "histocytes wss not raised again, and I doubt whether Dr. Schlundt could have qualified to discuss this particuler subject, even though he un- doubtedly knows considerable chout it. The case was finished on Thursday, December 27th, and the Judge requested that final brief's aust be submitted to him by Februery 18th, after shich he con take his tine reviewing same and render hia decision. We shall probably be lucky if we have S final decision in the matter by June or July. I again wish to thank you for your cooperstion in assisting us in this case. Your bill has been duly received, and as soon as to have some of our financisl arrangements relative to this case adjusted, check will go forward.
