Dear Mrs. Bergen:
Reiterating my telephonic talk with you today, please
let me have back the two extra copies of the testimony which
was transcribed during the trial. These you will not require
in making up the one complete transcript of the trial minutes
which you are preparing for us.
With my letter of January 18th I sent you an itemized
list of the pamphlets of testimony that we received during the
trial. We have already received from you two volumes of the
complete transcript. Contained therein is the testimony of
Dr. May, so that this time we ought to receive the two extra
copies in the pamphlet form in which they were returned to you.
If you could send us the other two extra copies of the pamphlets
of testimony which I sent you with my letter of the 18th ult.
I would appreciate it.
With kindest regards,
Sincerely yours,
EAM : AG
