NEW JERSEY. SS THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY IO OUR SHERIEF OF OUR COUNTY OF HUDSON, GREETING:- (IS) WE COMMAND YOU, as before we have commanded you, that of the goods and chattels, rights and credits of Vincent P. Laporte, Defendant, in your County, you cause to be made the sum of Two thousand five hundred seventy-five dollars and thirteen cents which to Fred G. Shupp, Plaintiff By the judgment of Essex Circuit Court-docketed lately in our Supreme Court, at Trenton, for his damages which he has sustained and which were adjuged to him in an action at law, and also for his costs and charges by him about his suit in this behalf expended, whereof the said defendant is convicted a.s appears of record; and if sufficient goods and chattels, righs and credits of the said defendant cannot be found in your County, whereof the damages aforesaid may be made, THEN we further command you that you cause the whole, or the residue, as the case may re- quire, of the said damages to be made of the lands, tenements, hereditaments and real estate whereof the said defendant was seized on the eighth day of December nineteen hundred and thirty- - three or at any time aiterwards, in whose hands soever the same may be; and that you have that money before our Justices aforesaid, at Trenton aforesaid, on the first Tuesday in May next, to render unto the said plaintifi for his damages aforesalu, and have you then and there this writ.
