Dear Dr. Schlundt:
In reply to your letter of February 16th,
I mast advise that there has besn considerable delay in
filing briefs in the &aPorte case due to the fact that the
Judge decided he would require transeript of the testimony.
As yet this transcript has not been completed, and His Honor
has allowed attorneys postponement of the date of argument
until such time 08 the transcript could be in their possession.
We presume we will be fortunate if we have decision in this
matter by mid-surmer.
