Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
Replying to yours of the 9th, please be advised
that we have not yet received ell of the testimony from
the court stenographers. To date we have received three
volumes.
It would therefore seem useless to fix dates for
the service of briefs and the oral argument. However, if
you wish to present the metter on the 15th to Judge
Forman we are willing to do so. Please advise wheth r the
matter will be heard at Newark or Trenton.
