Dear Mr. Barker:
I herewith send you letter from Mrs. Bergen
dated the 20th together with enclosures referred to,
except volume 7 of the testimony which has already been
sent to you.
I think Mrs. Bergen's charge is proper consider-
ing the statute and the rules in regard to fees to be
allowed the court stenographers, although I also agree
with you that these stenographers get too much money for
the work they do.
