Howard H. Barker, Esq.
Vice Pres., United States Radium Corp.
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Barker:
In accordance with my talk with you in the presence
of Mr. Chas. Stockdell Gray of the Globe Indemnity Company on
Monday last, please be advised that I should like to have you
send me a letter stating that the United States Radium Cor-
poration agrees that the continued defense of the La Porte
case by the Globe Indemnity for the account of the United
States Radium Corporation, is to continue to be with a full
reservation of rights as to coverage as heretofore, notwith-
standing the decision of Judge Ackerson that the Radium Company
is not covered.
A prompt reply in duplicate will be appreciated.
Yours very truly,
