Re: LePorte vs. U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Markley:
In accordance with your letter of May lat and
pursuant to our converaction in the presence of Mr. Chas.
Stochdell Gray, of the Globe Indemnity Company, to are glad
to advise that it is our understending that the Globe Indemnity
Company are continuing the defense of the LaPorte case with
full reservation of rights as to coverage, as horetofore agreed
to; notwithstanding the dacision of Judge Ackerson that we are
not covered.
