Dear Mr. Emerglick:
When your letter of May 31st arrivei, I was on
an axtenied trip. which accounts for the delay in anewering,
as the matter was held for my attention.
It seoms to us that it would be best for all
parties concerned, if this matter could rest until Judge Forman
has rendered a decision in the case now pending before hime
However, if you deem it advisable, we would be glad to have you
give us whatever information you may have regarding Mrs. Nebor's
period of employment, meture and extent of her Allness, diagnosis,
attending physicians, etc.
