Dear Mr. Ennerglick:
Then your letter of May 3lst arrived, I was on
an extended trip, which accounts for the delay in answering,
as the natter was hold for ay attention
It sesms to us that it mould be best for all
parties concerned, if this matter could rest until Judge Formon
has rendered a decision in the case now pending before him.
However, if you deem it advisable, we would be glad to have you
give us shatever information you may have regarding Mrs. Weber's
period of employment, natire and extent of her illness, diagnosis,
attending physicians, etc.
Any information you may give, or any action we may
take, is without prejudice to either side in case of a suit being
instituted on tahalf of Mrs. Weber's legal representatives.
