In vies of the fact that this is a death case
it would be necessary even if some settlement or adjustment
of this claim could be made, to institute suit. For the
purpose of avoiding any unnecessary delny, I propose to bring
an action at this time although we have not yet completed oux
preliminary discussions.
I shall be glad to disques with you further, with
out prejudice, any plan which you my have forthe amicable ade
justment of this matter.
