Radium Cases) Burricelli Weber. Dear Ed.: This will acknowledge with thanks your letter of the 23rd. It is my understanding that the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company denies coverage in connection with the Burcelli case as well as the Weber case, and refuses to defend. I am sending a copy of your letter to Mr. Benjamin Brooks, General Attorney of our client at Boston, together with a copy of my reply, and if Mr. Brooks has anything to say other than what I have said in this letter, I have asked him to write you direct.
