l. The plaintiff is a resident and citisen of the
mucipality Bridge, Wister County, in the State of New Xork. The
plaintiff was duly appointed and has qualified as administrater ad pro-
seutzandum of Louina Henla auch appointamt having beam made by the
Surrogate of Resex County, New Jerney, on June 17, 1935.
