Gentlemen:-
On behalf of the American Mutual Liability Insurence Company,
we are writing to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of August
30th addressed to it, and others, enclosing a copyof a summons and
complaint in equity in the case of Anita J. Burricelli vs. U.S.
Radium Corporation.
As we wrote to you on July 3lst with reference to the
actions at law brought against your Company by Weber and Burricelli,
respectively, please be advised again that no policy was ever issued
to your Company by American Mutual Liability Insurance Company which
provided insurance applying to the Burricelli (or Burcelli) case, and,
consequently the American Mutual Hiability Insurance Company is unable
to assume the defense of the present suit in equity, as well as the
action at law previously brought against your Company by the same
plaintiff.
