Dear Mr. Markley:
Pursuant to our conversation as to possible monies to
be repaid us for advances made in the settlement of various
cases during the past number of years; I am glad to herewith
send you a resume of the cases we now have.
After you have studied this resume and compared same
with your records, we shall be glad to discuss same with the view
of presenting proper claims to the respective carriers for monies
to be repaid to us.
