Dear Mr. Lee: Our motion to dismiss the law and equit: y actions of the above title was heard by Judge Forman on the 8th inst. Mr. Creighton a ppearing for the plaintiff requested a two weeks' further adjournment in order to permit him to examine certain decisions of the United States Supreme Court which were recently handed down in silicosis cases.
