Commander C. S. Stephenson,
Buroau of Medioin and Surgery,
Navy Department,
Washington, D. C.
Dear Commander Stephenson:
In line with our talk of last week, the Kirk-Rick Dial
Corporation, 315 W. 5th Street, Los Angeles, Calif. are, wo believe,
thoroughly equipped to apply luminous material to all type diale and
instruments in a satisfactory manner.
This company has, more or less, represented us on the
Pacifie Coast for a great many years, and as we understand it, main
tain an application department with thoroughly compatent operators.
Should it be decided to have any luminous work done on the west coast,
we know of no conoern in that locality other than the abovo, which
could be depended upon.
Very truly yours,
Prosident
