Columbia University,
De Lamar Institute of Public Health,
600 West 168th St.,
New York, N. Y.
Dear Dr. Flinn:-
We have your letter of August 19th regarding
the visit of 16 Naval Officers to our plant at 2:0'clock
September lst.
We have just received permission through
the Inspector of Naval Materials Office, and the Army Air Gorps
for this visit. It is specified, however, by both the Navy
and the Air Corps that the visiting personnel must come in
uniform and also have proper identification. No doubt, this will
impose no hardship on the group.
Very truly yours,
President
