Mrs. Albine Larice,
607 Nassau Street,
Orange, N. J.
Dear Mrs. Larice:
Thia will confirm our conversation by
telephone regarding your coming to New York for an examination
by Dr. Craver and also stopping at Dr. Currence's for & blood
sample.
The address of Dr. Currence is 8.5 follows:
Dr. John D. Currence
330 West 42nd Street,
New York City
This is in the McGraw-Hill building and the most convenient time
to arrive for the blood sample would be somewhere around a quarter
past or half past nine ofolock in the morning. The office is open
five days a week. For the blood sample to have any meaning, it
should be taken before you have had your breakfast. So, therefore,
please come without breakfast and then you can have breakfast before
going on to see Dr. Craver.
Dr. Currence's office is on the 16th floor,
convenient to the elevators. Any time during the next weak or ten
days which is convenient to Dr. Craver and yourself will be satisfactory
with Dr. Currence.
The best means of getting to New York would be
for your husband to bring you over and, of course, we will be perfectly
willing to pay him for the day.
Thanking you for your cooperation in this matter,
I am,
Cordially yours,
President
