Above location is at 60th Street & Amsterdam Avenue
Take 8th Avenue Subway to 59th Street - Walk two blocks toward river.
Wash hair night before examination, bathe and wear all clean clothes.
Bring with you a specimen of urine, collected early A.M. of day of
examination.
If you cannot go, please inform Plant Manager, who, in turn, will not-
liy Personnel Department.
