During the peried from on or about the first dny of June,1917 to on or about the first day of February, 1921, plaintiff, Bdna Hussman vas employed an a sorvant of the defendent, United States Redion Corporation to work in anid dofendent's fectory, in Oranmo, aforesnid, and from on or a tout the firet day of Tebroary, 1921 to on or about the first day of September,1921, the Edna vas employed as a servant of the defendant The Luminte Corporation to work in said defendent's factory in Hewark, aforessid. 3. Snid defendent, United States Redium Corporation falled to provide the plaintiff, Edna with a male place to vork but orderad and in- structed seld pleintiff, Réna Hussmen to hondle and to be contitantly in close proximity with quantitien of radionctive gubstances. 4. Said defendant, The Lominite Corporation fniled to provide the Plaintiff, Rdna Flossmon with a safo place to work but ordered and instruce ed the plaintiff, Edno Freasman to handle end to be constantly in close proximity with quantities of dengorous radionetivo substances. 5. Plaintiff, Rdnn dia not Innow of the nature of the soid redionativo substences or their harnful effecta upon the human body. G.
