A an in receipt of information that a copy of the report
which you agreed to place in lr. Roach's hands has been seen
very briefly by Mr. Roach and then has been deposited with
Commissioner MeBride.
This is not in accordance with your
promise to me. We have been nisrepresented by your firm to
lir. Roach and it was with lir. Roach I requested you to deal
and it was with him you agreed to deal.
