I would suggest doing the briefing in the OEOB after Congress is out, but
not too close to the holidays. I would definitely want to attend, and I
suspect there would be 5-10 more.
It may make sense to work with Lynn Cutler at White House
Intergovernmental Affairs, who I understand is the point person on Indian
issues.
