Democratic Caucus on 24 March
Greg received a call from Andi King today who was quite
upset about the fact that the President has changed his schedule
and decided not to come to the House Democratic Caucus tomorrow.
She wanted to know what had happened, and was interested in
understanding the sequence that led to the decision. She is
extrememly worried that if this continues to happen, we will be
dead in the water.

I spoke with Trish today in Congressman Gephardt's office
and she gave me the following schedule for the Congressman's
