CHRON
MEMORANDUM
TO:
Janet Green White House Operations
FROM: Eli J. Segal Office of National Service
DATE: January 27, 1993
RE:
Miscellaneous Administrative Details
CC:
David Watkins
Janet, I know you are busy with everyone's requests, so
please add mine to the list. I have the following questions:
1. When will parking permits be issued to my staff? Including
two commissione officers: Gloria Johnson and Paul Toback.
2. What is the status of a dedicated fax machine for the
National Service Office? When can it be installed?
3. When will we have functioning PC's for the National Service
staff? Our request is seven PC's and three printers.
4. When will the phone service be completed? Two AT&T people
were in our offices on Tuesday to facilitate our requests.
5. When is a reasonable time GSA movers can move around
furniture in our offices? We believe we have ample furniture
scattered throughout our office space.
6. What are the guidelines/procedures for senior staff travel?
7. Do we have (or will we have) a mechanism for conference calls
with more than three people on the line?
