I have the honor to enclose herewith an account
Current exhibiting a correct statement of your account with the
Elnited States, and to request that you will sign and return the same
to this office in substitution for that (herewith acturned) forwarded with
your letter of the 14th inst, which though purporting to be arrech, is in
slight degree inaccurate. This inaccuracy is the result of having
taken into account in certain cases the fractional parts of a
cent, a anatter that has been the result of recent correspondence with
the view to the correction of the errors comprises in your accounts.
Following is a statement of the cases involved in the existing
discrepancies, with instructions as to the action to be had by you in
each case in order to effect a recomalement.
