do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of Peter N Jones
and have been well acquainted with him for 10 years and 12 years
respectively, that he is the identical Peter nJons
that he represents himself to be
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company A , 62nd Regiment US
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any claim which the said Octer W Jones
has or may have
against the United States.
