and request instructions us to whether Ishall pay him.
From the Statement of The man it summe that
he never made a claim, but gaod his feapers to
Joe Andeeson, who made The claim and lived to
collect The money money from mel by personating Benjamin
Chalman, Finding he was a fraud, I had him
acrested. and he is now in presson awaiting luil
under existing laws,
