In connection with telegram
from this office of the 7 th inst., I have to inform
you that, in consideration of the sickness
and epidemics usually prevalent at
this Deason in the section of country embraced
by the limits of your office, you are hereby
permitted, if in your judgment advisable,
to suspend the work of payments until
Cectober 1875. Should you avail yourself
of this permission, you are ah liberty to absent
yourself until the date indicated, in the event
of which absence your clerk should be
