The beam Joseph Adams in
Intends to make application for a Contract to supply a hart
of the Army - I have taken the liberty to recommend him
to you an a man of good moral bharacter, and of restrucable
standing in Society- he has heretofore been a member of
our State Legulature. and for several years hart been one
of the Indes of am bounty bounts, and has acquited herealy
in such a manner as to five general satisfaction
thank the Department think proper to intrust him with
a contract. I believe they will find him worthy of trust
and faithfull to the government -
