Dear Dr. Graham:
In thinking over plans for further
meetings of our seminar, I have started by put-
ting down the main themes to be covered. Al-
ready I see serious omissions, such as, for in-
stance, no item on the relations with the Amer-
ican Republics and Canada. Perhaps there should
also be a special point on Southeast Asia.
Again it raises the question of what we are
trying to do. If we get too comprehensive we
weaken before the task.
At your convenience would you send
me a line giving me your thoughts about the
topics, any additions or exclusions and any
special points on which you think I might do
S.
well to concentrate.
