#88 Reports. Kansas City, Mo. Friday March 26, 1920. According to instructions received from the agency I went to 104 West 12th St. to a Haberdasher's shop to make a check of the customers entering same. I arrived there at 2:48 P.M. At 3:00PM I saw a man who looked to be about 30 years of age, about 5ft 8 in. tall, weight about 175 lbs. full face and smothe shaven and wore a pair of english walking shoes, brown suit and a black derby hat. This man walked with a quick step. He left the store carrying 5 large shirt boxes and ll small boxes. He walked west on 12th St to Wyandotte, north on Wyandotte to 11th St. west on 11th St. to Central and north on Central to 9th St. anf west on 9th St to 324 West 9th St. to Levin and Levin wholesalers of ladies waists and he entered here at 3:10 P.M. I then returned to the store arriving there at 3:19 P.M. At 3:20 P. .M. a Ford car came up up and a man that I followed to 324 Wset 9th St. and another man entered the store and both came out with several bundles of boxes tied together and they tied them on the car and left at 326 P.M. At 3:28 P.M. I saw Operative #97 enter the store and about 3:30 P.M. Operative B.H.P. entered the store. At 3:33 P.M. Operative 97 left the store and at 3:35 B.H.P. came out. At 3:58 I saw Operative B.H.P. enter the store the second time and leave at 4:04 P.M. During the time that I was thete I saw 11 different persons enter the store and leave carrying small packages. I discontinued at 4:27 P.M. as per instructions when I saw Mr. Jacobson come out of the store and look in the two front windows. Reported. Kansas City, Mo. March 26, 1920.
