Punch Cups - 2.40 $17.80 Dinner - 150.00 Total - $167.80 The reason for this breakage was due to some of the members of the party who seemed to have taken it for granted that they could stage an "up-roarious"time Three members of your com- pany went into our kitchen and threw dishes and glass-ware at the colored help working therein. The amount of $4.00 charged for ex- tra cleaning is what we had to pay for extra help in cleaning up a lot of muss made by the members outside of the dining room. We regret very much the occurance of that evening, and realize that the officers were not responsible for the acts of the individuals. Fraternally yours, & Broken EJB:HR Secretary.
