1. The MANAGERS of all ntertOinmont troupos of the IX Corps aro roquired
to promptly report to this offico the following information:
(a) Full namo and sorial numbor of oach mombor of the troupo.
(b) The oxact cheractor of the work of oach mombor.
(c) If musicions, the numbor and cheracter of the instruments
pl ayed by oach mus icion.
(d)
list of officor musicians, vocal and instrumontal; if
vocal, indicato the voice, if instrumontal, indicate the
cheracter of the instrument ployod.
(o) Name and addross of the managor.
2. This roport should be mado without doloy to this office.
II. SOLDIERS TO MAIL POST CARDS TO NEXT OF KIN: (AS-w).

"III. In conformity with cablod instructions from the War Dopartment, organ-
ization commaniers will roquire oach soldier prosent with thoir commends to sond
to his noxt of kin in the Unitod Stotes, a card showing the dato, the soldior's
station, organization and stato of hoalth. Othor matter may bo writton on tho
card, providod it is not in conflict with censorship rulos.
Ormonization commondors will colloct thoso cards, consor them promptly
and turn thom ovor to the loccl Amorionn postal authoritics and submit at once a
roport to thoir noxt highor commender a.s follows:

post cards as roquirod by Goneral Ordor No. 15,
this boing ono for onch soldier of my commond. in
Postol cuthoritics will mako ovory offort to dispatch thoso cards
so as to ronch a fost wostbound transport shortly before sailing.
Tho nocessary post cards will bo furnished to all troops serving
in the S. 0. S. by the Adjutont Goncral, S. O. S., and to all othor troops by
the Adjutant Gonerdl, 1. B. F."
