OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS AT UNIVERSITIES. The following telegram is published for the information and compliance of all concerned: 1H A E F February 25th, 1919. Commanding General 35th Division Number 4655 G-l. Soldiers ordered to English and French Universities will be carried by their respective organi zations on detached service. All records pertaining to these soldiers will be sent by the officer or non-commissioned officer in charge of the detachment to be turned over to the Commandant of the American School Detachment of the University to which the soldier is orderede If the organization is ordered to the United States prior to the return of the soldier to his organ- ization the provisions of Section 4, paragraph 2-B, ceneral Order 17, c.S., will apply.
