My dear Mrs. Flowers:
Thank you, on behalf of the President, for
your letter of April thirteenth, with enclosures.
Because of the extremely heavy pressure upon the
President's time, it is utterly impossible for
him to reply personally to the many messages and
notes being received. However, I do want you to
know that he appreciates your friendly thought
of him and heartily reciprocates your good wishes.
