Unfortunately, the supply of copies for free distribution has been completely exhausted. Copies may be secured, however, for the price of $1 by writing the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington 25, D. C. A discount of 25 per cent will be allowed on all purchases of 100 or more publications mailed to one address.
