COVER
Dear Mr. McConaughy:
Thank you for your letter of November 24,
addressed to the President's Committee on Civil
Rights.
Unfortunately, the supply of copies for
free distribution has been completely exhausted.
Copies may be secured, however, for the price of
$1 by writing the Superintendent of Documents, U.S.
Government Printing Office, Washington 25, D. C.
A discount of 25 per cent will be allowed on all
purchases of 100 or more publications mailed to
one address.
A commercial edition has been published,
and I understand that many of the newspapers have
printed it as a supplement to their regular editions.
Sincerely yours,
PHILLEO NASH
Assistant to David K. Niles
