In these perilous times, when atheistic communism is the foe of all those cherished liber- *263 ties upon which our happiness as a nation is based, we need more than ever before the strength that comes from spiritual things. The President believes firmly that religious education is a bulwark of XPP7260 freedom and free democratic institutions.
