Letter to the President stating that he has in his collection of autograph
letters and manuscripts, a letter written by the famous French composer, Jules
MASSENET. Asks the President if he would like it
Mr. Connelly states that the President appreciates the writer's offer in wanting
him to have the Massenet letter. States that the President cannot accept this
generous offer.
