Dear Mr. Ambassador:
I certainly appreciated your good letter of
March nineteenth in regard to the speech
of President Videla. It is very gratifying
that he really didn't mean the remarks in
the manner in which they were interpreted
by the press.
I am glad you liked the address to Congress
on the seventeenth of March. I believe it
will be helpful.
